Yes. No-one else has complained and I am able to send attachments over remote mail. I was assuming it is client side but as yes I cannot find why it happens.

He connects to the Exchange server using VPN client software (secure-remote and Firewall1). He is able to send text only emails without a problem. He can also receive both text only emails and those with attachments. However, he cannot send emails with attachments (size doesn't matter). They simply stay in his outbox in italic style font.
