and now that I think about it, I beleive you have to purchase the New Orlean
regional add on.

Oh well. I guess we'll just have to settle for the good ol' mid-west (U.S.)

CROCK POT MACARONI AND CHEESE
Serves 4-6

8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspon black pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Place cooked macaroni in a 3-1/2 quart (or larger) crock pot that has
been coated with nonstick spray. Add 3 cups cheese, evaporated milk,
milk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup
cheese. Cover and cook on low setting for 5-6 hours until mixture is
firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove cover or stir until
mixture has finished cooking.
