Curious - when you guys get a request from a user to kill an email in the inbox, what method are you using? Just using the "open another users inbox" in outlook? And is there a way to delete direct at the server?
Also - when I try to open another users inbox, I'm getting the error - inbox could not be found. Even though I know it is there, and the user can use it. Exchange 5.5 W2K - current service packs. Sorry for the elementary q's.... Pretty new to exchange.
