For the best performance, the RPCs need to bind to TCP/IP first. This utility optimizes the RPC Binding Order in the Registry.
Click the link below, then choose the "Save this file to disk" option. Specify your desktop as the location. From your desktop, double-click the file. Once it runs, you should delete the file.
