None of workstations had any sync settings within their profiles.  I did
discover though that a few of the machines were set to access both
internet email and mail from the Exchange Server on our network. 
Apparantly before I began working for this company, they used to have
their email hosted, some of the machines never were reconfigured.  I
appreciate the repsonses and the suggestions from everyone, we will
monitor to see if the service profile changes correct the issue.
