I think the real point here is that if you are concerned about the hole that you will be opening from your DMZ->LAN with OWA, or you are concerned with the hole you're opening by placing OWA on your LAN and openeing SSL through to it then you should really be using a VPN and neither of the OWA options that we've been talking about.
