I have a contact folder in the Public folders that is used for an address folder for Outlook clients. It contains 60,000 records. Once a month, I get a new list in csv format that I need to use to update the records in the folder. Outlook won't import a foreign file directly into the Public Folders. If I import into a local folder, then move the folder into the Public Folders, all the clients that are configured to use this folder as an Outlook Address folder have to be reconfigured. I can't import into a local folder, then copy the records into the Public Folder because Outlook hangs up with such a large list of records.
