1) You are not looking at the event on an Exchange server 2) Event 9322 is a network problem of some sort (RPC server unavailable if I remember correctly). I normally drop a HOSTS file on the Exchange servers so that they can see each other. Exchange 5.5 uses a HOSTS file, if present, as it's primary form of name resolution. See then if it disappears. If it does, then troubleshoot your WINS or DNS, otherwise, troubleshoot your network.
