I have a user that is receiving the same E-Mail every three minutes. Believing it was a virus I updates our Exchange definition and the virus definition of the users PC, no new virus was found. Thinking this was a new virus I sent the attachment which was a word doc to SARC it was however clean. I have cleaned the user�s mailbox on Exchange but the message keeps coming back. I am new to administrating Exchange 5.5 so please be very specific in what steps should be taken.
