~ndi To ensure adequate protection the product should always be on separate box - at leats you can pull plugs if the sh1t hits the fan. Mailsweeper does pull the attachments apart so it will find .exe's inside zips or .bmp inside .doc etc. and other blockables such as .whatever your security policy dictates. I do not know of any issues with MSw and virus scanners other than they have provided excellent support for Mcafee Vscan470 right up to the latest version this has up until now (2yrs+) covered me from every virus going.
