hi all,
Iam having a problem with my SMTP Virtual Server while pushing mails to
my clients. Scenerio is, the clients which register to our site will
receive
a confirmation mail.Iam using IIS 5.0 with SMTP service direct delivery
enabled.
This process is happening since long back.But recently the problem
started.
Iam getting bounced mails with this type of msg:
Final-Recipient: rfc822;[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 Relaying is prohibited
When i checked the event viewer i found this event recorded against source
SMTPSVC.
I checked with my ISP for the status of their DNS server.They replied its
working
absolutely fine.
Can any one help me in tracing out the problem.
