Your requirements seem rather specific.  I would doubt the existence of any
standard product that would do that.  I think you'll want to think about
writing an event script (Exchange 5.5) or event sink (Exchange 2000), or
hiring someone to do same.

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a solution to the following problem:

We have the need to be able to create reports on the activity of email to
certain Recipients.

A Customer is looking at us to provide email based queries e.g email sent
to us regarding starting times for a particular movie at the Warner
multiplex.

The information is keyed into a reply and send back to the sender.

We need to be able to produce reports on area like time between request
and replies, number of requests per day, etc, etc.

Does anybody now of any facility in Exchange that can do this or of any
thirdparty software that can do this
