Same sites going to pretty much kill anything easy.

You'll have to statically map the Exchange services ports, for which the FAQ
has a link to a technet article. That article doesn't, however, tell you how
to statically map the MTA, which was covered on the list a few months ago
(August, probably).

>From there, you still need standard RPC traffic ports (135, 137-139). That
should be it. So, you're talking at least 7 ports.

Alternately, have you considered using RRAS on both boxes and running a VPN
tunnel between the two of them? That would only require a port or two, and
would be a bit more secure. Its also possible to run that VPN without
encryption (so tunnel only) which would still allow you to see packet
contents.
