Here's the deal. I'm using webtrends to create reports for our website. The log files are emailed to me inline (not as attachments but as the body of the email). Webtrends can't read the email directly so I save them to .txt files. The solution I would like to work out could go two ways.
1. Select all of the outlook messages containing log files and save to one txt file periodically. This option almost works now except that the logs get saved from <top> newest --to-- <bottom> oldest. Which webtrends doesn't like. It needs oldest to newest. If there is a way to reverse this order it would be perfect. (I've tried sorting both ways by date..no luck). 2. Create a batch file that automatically goes in and extracts the subject from new emails and drops it into a txt file. Is there a command line available to put this in a bat file? Outlook 2000 by the way. William L.
