Yeah, that's the fight I'm still having [1] but I got my management to back me up on this one. If I hadn't had such a bratty event service to begin with I don't think I would have gotten the backing, but I am *not* kidding that it often failed 25 times in one day. Once, my server monitor program wigged out and didn't page me about the service not working. By the time I found out, I had to manually accept over 200 meetings. I made myself heard that day.
I guess if you were my client and you brought me that question I would probably tell you to print out your calendar for the day and carry it with you to the first meeting so you'd have it with you before the second.
