Yes, I am aware of mail loops, thanks. We had auto-forwarding enabled because we are in the process of migrating to from All-In-1 and P-mail to Exchange. Sometimes, users needed to forward their e-mails to back to their old accounts for various reasons, but it may be the time to disable this function now. It's just one of the those migration issues we had to deal with...
