Subject: Repeated e-mail not delivered from Exchange server

Does anyone know if there is a setting in Exchange which stops the E2K
server from delivering multiple instances of the same message from the same
server all sent with the same few seconds?

To further explain: I have an e-mail emulator which sends SMTP mail to port
25 of an E2K Svr. for delivery into a particular user mailbox, it is capable
of sending up to 1000/messages a second. If I set it to sent an infinite
number of messages' it complies and the ExchSvr and the user receives e-mail
until I stop the application from sending any more. However if I nominate
the number of mails to be sent down a connection and the number of
repetition, then only about 40-50 per 1000 mails are delivered......

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks in advance
E.
