When I attempt to install Exchange 2000 - I am presented with a screen asking me for the service account. The user name and domain are grayed out, but the password box is available. I cannot find any information from support.microsoft.com or microsoft.com/exchange. I can type a password, but then I am presented with a pop up box telling me to use a valid account, which i cannot do because the box is grayed out. All help is greatly appreciated.
