That might explain this... one user was able to see the text body when opening the mailbox on another machine.
Another strange thing... the user hit OWA (Ex5.5SP4), and the Inbox showed empty... in Outlook2000 it's fine (except for a couple of messages with no body). However in OWA, the deleted items folder showed items previously deleted but still in the recoverable state.. and in Outlook2000, the deleted items folder was empty. Norris WARNING!
