To check and see if this is a file permissions problem, turn on security logging of all failures, and then see what goes into the event log when you try it.

Everyone else gets prompted for their NT credentials and then gets a blank screen. Nothing in the IIS permissions explicitly mentions Exhange or domain admins groups. I have found nothing that describes this particular issue in the KB. Has anyone seen this??
