I would love to do that and I keep telling the customer that but they are
more stubburn than a gal on prom nite. So in the mean time they will have to
wait till I get up to speed on the OWA2000 customizing to show the GAL via a
shortcut. Maybe I'll be lucky and find the code already done. hint hint.

The only problem is that if you add a GAL entry to a contact folder with
Outlook it will have the Exchange DN ("EX:O=Org/OU=...") as email
address.
Now try to use that as recipient with your PDA which only understands
SMTP?
See, that's the reason why I wrote this GAL2Contacts Event script ;-)
