We have E2K and AD in the mixed mode environment. A supervisor wants to see a user's email which has been disable for awhile. We added the supervisor's name in the the disable account's mailbox rights and granted the read permission. The supervisor then added the mailbox to his inbox from Outlook. He sees the inbox in his Outlook, but when he tried to expand the disable account's mailbox, he received the message: "unable to display the folder. The Information Store could not be opened."
This mailbox was working properly before we disable the account in the AD Users and Computers. We tried to enable the account but we still have the same error. Any suggestions?
