You are thinking of Eraser2k, maybe? It purges the registry of all Office2000 apps references. The utility is run 'after' an uninstall of Office2k. Eraser2k works in cases where OL2k is the only Office2k app installed. Again, however, OL2k must be uninstalled prior to running the utility.
