Change the Service Account password. Give the users a SEPERATE account that
they can administer exchange with (Separate for each user, apart from their
user level account). Do not give out the service account password to the
other admins.

There is a Q article that gives you some more information on how to track
down who is deleting objects in the directory of Exchange 5.5, but I don't
have the number at my fingertips. Search SUPPORT.MICROSOFT.COM for the
article.

Should someone get into the service account again, post them on the flight
line for a couple of cold midnight walks, or assign them FOD walkdown duty
on the main taxiway while it's in use.

Subject: Exchange Password

hi,
we have some administrators that uses the exchange account password.
is there a way of securing it, due to negligence and abuse. I just started
at this company and that is the way admins login in to exchange, even
though they do not have exchange experience, somebody can login and screw
smoething up and i won't know who it is , because of the use of the
exchange account.

thanks
