Have a single organization with 3 sites - 3 domains, 4 servers. Everything is 5.5 sp3 or sp4 on NT 4.0 SP6, Outlook 2K clients. I have a user that logs into one of the domains both locally and from another site across the WAN. Regardless of how or where he is connected he can only download the address book from his own/home server but when he is connected he can see the entire GAL.
What do I need to do to allow him to download the entire organizations GAL for offline use? I don't have a lot of time to test what occurs with other users (he's of course going on a trip in 2 hours) and this issue is fairly limited as only a handfull of users from the other sites travel.
