Not meant as a smart *ss remark, but F1 does the trick nicely.  If you need
something else then, OL for dummies is excellent. I teach an OL class and at
the end of the class I hand out the dummies books.  All my students love the
books and covet them as a valuable resource.

I have the OL98 quick source pamphlet and it's pretty informative for a
three pager, ISBN 1-930674-16-3.
 
The OL for dummies book is about $10-12 US and the Quick Source pamphlet is
about $5 US, F1 is free.
