I subscribe all of ours to one address and to one public folder and then let rules move them to the appropriate sub folders from there. That way there is only one address to worry about. It makes it cleaner for me.

Then subscribe your own mail account to the list, but there is an option for it to not receive mail (funny enough, the NOMAIL option). I'm on about 30 lists as well, and I sub all but one to a PF.
