I've run into an interesting Exchange/Outlook problem.

For the longest time, my users could use Outlook (97 or 2000) and use Word
as their editor (using Word 97).

As of a week ago, suddenly, on of my users can't send attachments with Word
as the editor. If you turn off "use work as your editor", the attachments go
fine. Either way, there is no error, but if Word As Edior is checked, the
e-mail goes but strips the attachments. Any ideas?

We can't upgrade Word to 2000 as one of our programs requires Word97 and
isn't upgradeable. I could downgrade Outlook 2000 to 97, but I would hate to
do that. Any other ideas?

Denis
