Of course, Ford knew about the problem *ahead* of time, and still did *nothing* to correct it. "Let 'em burn" was their attitude. Which is kind of my beef with Microsoft in some situations. You are defending a car which was released with a known design defect that caused it to explode on impact. I don't know about anyone else here, but that is not the kind of car I want to drive.
