1.  Sendmail with a script to do it.
2.  Exchange 2000, write an SMTP protocol event sink or wait until the
one demo'd at MEC2001 gets posted to MSDN & download it.  Or on your
SMTP virtual server properties, "forward all unresolved recipients to
this host:" and proceed to step 1.
3.  Exchange 5.5, Idunno.
