My company is a securities firm and has various SEC requirements to follow, including logging all communications with clients. This includes Email and Instant Messaging communications. Users are usin various types of Instant messenger, including Yahoo, AOL, and MSN. We need to capture that data. Since it is not on a centralized server that we manage, we need a software that performs this function. One company that we've looked at is Facetime and IMlogic (Zantaz) Does anyone know of any others that might perform this function?
