A work around - but instead of clicking insert, file... blah blah : try
simply copying the file using windows explorer and then pasting the file
into the body of the e-mail.

Subject: Out of memory when attaching file in Outlook

Hi All,
When we tried to attach files that resided 4 levels from the root on the
server, the message "out of memory" popped up. It happens on Win98, 95
and 2K platforms.

No problems with file attachments that are on local drives or at level 1
through 3 on the shared drives.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot.
