Here is the NETDOM results:

NetDom 1.8 @1997-98. Written by Christophe Robert - Microsoft.

Querying domain information on computer \\MASTER ...
Computer \\MASTER is a domain controller of AR1.
Searching PDC for domain AR1 ...
Found PDC \\MASTER
Connecting to \\MASTER ...
Computer \\MASTER is the PDC of AR1.

I will really apreciate any further contribution to the above events
IDs.

Regards,
Sebastian Salvino.-

Event ID: 2064
MSExchangeDSAccess
Error
Process MAD.EXE" (PIDt1284). All the remote DS Servers in use are not
responding.
This issue can occur if the Exchange 2000 Server computer is unable to
contact other Exchange 2000 Server computers or the domain controller in
the
domain.
Microsoft Article ID: Q266312

Also run "netdom query fsmo" to see if your Exchange server know who is
the
DC.
