Subject: Offline Folders Unavailable

Hi All,

I have a user who converted to Exchange and is using Outlook 2000. He
wishes to use Offline Folders, but the option is greyed out.

He's also got Internet email enabled.

What could cause the Offline folders to be unavailable? Even in the
Options under Mail Services the option is unavailable.

I've only got 2 hours to figure this out !

Thanks in advance,
Fred
