I am at work today (Friday) because Ameritech's got a problem between the CO & here -- they think it's a flooded manhole. We have no internet connection here, which might not matter considering that nobody is working today (or tomorrow or Sunday), but if it isn't fixed over the weekend, it'll still be down on Monday & that would be BAD.
