Edition that I'm rolling out in place of the boxed versions of NAV 5, 2000 and 2001. Other than that, the only other thing I would have to my advantage is an administrative installation of Office 2000 for easy client installs. MAJOR time management issues concerning desktop support and any future planning not to mention administrative issues (management / budgeting / etc.) I do feel a bit overwhelmed at times. -KHD -- Kevin H. I'd like to do a quick survey if I may...and thank anyone for taking the time to respond. I'd like to know the ratio of Exchange Support personnel to number of end users on the system, or total servers supported. Do you feel you have adequate resources with this ratio? Thank you. Bob P.
