Ok.. Make a file called limits.csv, and put the following line in it(as the only line):
obj-class,display name, MDB-Use-Defaults,mdb-storage-quota, mdb-over-quota-limit Then, from Exchange Admin, choose to export the directory, and then choose the file location - you need to select the file you just created (limits.csv). Let it export, and then open Limits.csv. It sounds like you aren't aware of the need to specify the header file (in this case limits.csv) as the output destination.
