POP3 clients will need to change the incoming mailbox location to the new
mailbox server. Outlook clients on your network will automatically pick-up
the new location.

Subject: Moved mailbox now remote user has problem

I've moved all the mailboxes in my site to a new server. (Both are NT4 Sp6a
running E5.5 Sp4) All is well but when a remote user tries to set up
Outlook Express to access his mail, which he was able to do before the move,
he gets the following message:

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'creabustech.com', Server: 'creabustech.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR The requested mailbox is not available on this
server', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:
0x800CCC92

I sense that I have probably overlooked a setting and that this is pretty
basic stuff but I can't seem to get him connected.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
