I had to move the exchange server to a new machine, I followed the directions in the microsoft article q155216 and when I brought up the IS it wouldn't start, tried running the isinteg -patch and got the following msg "DS_E_INSUFFICIENT _ACCESS_RIGHTS" looked it up in the microsoft knowledge base and came up with nothing conclusive. Any ideas?
