I wasn't talking about CORPORATE users. I was talking about HOME users. A lot of the sircam/badtrans.B hits are coming from Mindspring.com; bellsouth.net; Earthlink.com; and other home user ISP domains. If you read my original post, you would have seen that I was talking only about HOME users.
In a corporate environment, it's the responsibility of the IT department (Help desk, workstation/server services, whoever) to make sure that processes/procedures are in place to keep workstations up to date, not the workers.
