Hi all, I'm still in the process of checking technet and the like but have come up dry thus far: It seems that whilst mailbox limits are being enforced correctly, no warnings are being received.
NDR's are being generated and logged under Event viewer (ID 290). but now warning messages are being sent out (ie, your mailbox is approaching it's limit or your mailbox is disabled). Anyone have any ideas where to start looking? Looking thru my own mail archive, I see I had a warning back on 31/10/01 so must have 'broken' since then. Delivery Receipts are still working (come from System Administrator too). We're running Exchange 5.5 SP3 + Q248838 on NT4 SP5. Clients are Outlook 98 on NT4 SP5. Now, a little further investigation: It 'appears' that long term disabled/oversize accounts are still receiving the warning (ie, folk have left the company and mailbox is yet to be deleted for whatever reason), but 'active' mailboxes who trip the limit are not. any ideas? cheers Dave ================================================================== De informatie opgenomen in dit bericht kan vertrouwelijk zijn en is uitsluitend bestemd voor de geadresseerde.
