Subject: NT 4 Standard or Enterprise for Exchange ?

I am building a new Exchange 5.5 Server and I have been asked to
compare whether to use NT 4 Standard or Enterprise

Any thoughts or advantages or disadvantages of one or the other ?

Thanks,
