Actually, I believe the folder is called tracking.log, and is shared out by default under that name on your Exchange server. If the share has been deleted, it is in the exchsrvr directory on your Exchange server-- probably on the drive onto which you installed the Exchange binaries. I'm not sure that deleting those files will gain you a ton of space, though-- they are by default kept only for a week and then purged.
