Scenario:
I have my Antigen software setup to automatically send
notifications to a distribution list.

For some reason these notifications stopped last week sometime.

I do not have Outlook installed on the Exchange Server so I'm assuming it's
using the "Messenger" service to send the mail.

I've noticed that the Messenger Service is not starting up at reboot and
cannot be started manually.

Event Log show the following error:
Event ID: 7024
The Messenger service terminated with service-specific error 2119.

(YES). I looked this up at www.eventid.com and here's what you get:
This event is generated when the Service Control Manager cannot properly
terminate a service. The name of the service and the error generated by it
are displayed in the event. So, the 7024 is not specific to a particular
service, or let's say it may occur no matter what service is failing. If the
service is a NT or 2000 system one the error number may be looked up using:
NET HELPMSG <error_number> command in a DOS prompt.
----------------------------------
Now. Here is the "NET HELPMSG TEXT"

The server is currently out of the requested resource.

EXPLANATION The server could not access enough of a resource, such as
memory, to complete this task. ACTION Try again later. If you continue to
receive this message, stop some nonessential processes or applications and
try to complete the task again. If
you still have problems, your network administrator may need to reconfigure
your system.

I have 2 gig of Ram and only 950 Meg in use. Any ideas?

Thanks.
