Thought everyone might be interested in a closing PSS case that went on
for some time.

Symptom: "all public folders' tree takes 2 mins to expand and one
particular top level folder "sales & marketing" took 11 mins to expand

<lots of work with pss occurred>

Cause: An employee got terminated and after the default 14 days his
mailbox was automatically purged, but Exchange DID NOT remove him from
the permissions lists to various public folders.

Solution: Re-apply the permissions on the "sales & marketing" tree

I think this is worrying and PSS gave me my $250 back
