~ndi Mailsweeper is my favorite as well. Make sure you use the Mcafee 470 DOS version of their AV software and use Baltimore's method of deploying it. Its fast, efficient and reliable - it even caught the latest nasties and stopped them as Undetermined until I have the dat in place to catch them as dirty. Depending on what resources you have I would suggest the SMTP version running on a separate box between your main exchange box and your firewall.
