No need for one really, but if I still worked there I'd write one. File-level scanners work by locking a file open with exclusive rights to scan it. Since the files in \mtadata and \imcdata\in|out are dynamic and constantly changing, as well as constantly being opened and closed by the owning process. This obviously will cause a deadlock problem. In point of fact, scanning the \mdbdata directories (both logs and the EDB files) is highly, highly advised against:(I think there IS an article on this).
