I need the correct headings for a .csv file to do a mass change in the primary SMTP for all my users. I want to keep the one they have, but add a new one (different formatting) and make it the reply to. Can anyone send me or tell me where I can get a master template? My 5.5 cd does not have the samples folder on it.
