MSNBC STAFF AND WIRE REPORTS WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 - The nine state attorneys general still pursuing an antitrust case against Microsoft asked a federal court Friday to force the company to sell a stripped-down or unbundled version of its flagship Windows operating system as part of a penalty to for having been found guilty of being a predatory monopoly.
