Soory for my late reaction. I think we are about to solve this problem.
When i made a second mailbox for the same user and tested it then i dont recieve any NDR. Now the Q is what will happen when i remove it again. I ll see it tonight. And after i remove it i ll try inconsistency check, DS/IS i hope this helps.
